Larry Gilliam, Ed.D., Ph.D., L.P.C., L.C.P.C., C.S.C.

Dr. Gilliam holds a B.A. in Bible and Education, a M.S. Counseling and Guidance, and Doctorates in Educational Psychology, Counseling, and Clinical Psychology. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Licensed Clinical Pastoral Counselor, a Certified School Counselor, an Ordained Minister, and has more than 40 years of experience as a counselor/psychotherapist.
As Dayspring's Executive Director, he still works with individuals, couples, families, and groups. About half of his clients are dealing with issues related to marriage, family, or parenting. "The other half," says Dr. Gilliam, "includes almost everything you can think of, and a few things you wouldn't think of." Dr. Gilliam often speaks at seminars, conferences, retreats, churches and professional meetings. He is known for the effective use of music, humor, and "homespun illustrations." Dr. Gilliam is also the author of numerous books and workbooks.
Dr. G is also a registered provider of premarital education/counseling with Twogether in Texas, which qualifies couples for a $60 discount on marriage license fees.
