Jason holds a B.A. in Religious Studies from Niagara University, a M.A. in Theology from Villanova University, and a M.A. in Counseling from Dallas Baptist University. Currently, he is working on a Doctor of Psychology (Psy.D.) from California Southern University.
He works primarily with couples, young adults, and aided by several years of experience as a teacher and director of an after-school program, he also works with children/adolescents (and their parents). Additionally, he counsels those needing help with spiritual questions, career counseling, anxiety, depression, premarital counseling, family/marital issues (esp. parenting issues & academic problems), and self-image/self-esteem concerns.
Also, Jason is a Licensed Professional Counselor Intern (L.P.C.i), and a Certified Pastoral Counselor (C.P.C.); he also has certifications in Critical Incident Stress Management (C.I.S.M.) dealing with crisis intervention. In addition, he is currently a member of the Christian Counselors of Texas and the Association of Play Therapy. Jason is also a registered provider of premarital education/counseling with Twogether in Texas, which qualifies couples for a $60 discount on marriage license fees.
Jason and his wife, Julie, have two beautiful daughters, Annaliese & Isabelle. Finally, Jason has a published, academic book in the field of Christian ethics called, Jesus: the Embodiment of Love.
